What will Sepia Mode carry

Sepia Mode is for every moment of life that you cherish. And it does not have to be a happy one! For, as far as my mind can race, I can see that only a heart which CAN feel sorrow has given rise to most and the best of world poetry, literature, cinema, music and all that an astrologer would say, the Moon rules!!

While most will agree that the mind conjures up most complexities in life, it is the heart that compassionately heals them.

Love is the eternal emotion in life and in divinity. It is all-encompassing. Only love can heal, whether it is torn relationships within a 2BHK (Mumbai's lingo for bedroom hall kitchen) or the killing fields of the Gaza strip..

Ironically, not many of us know what love is. And, no, we are not here to teach each other; for no one likes being taught--We are such tailormade complete individuals..

Yes, we are living in troubled times. In times that are insecure, in times where we are afraid of ourselves, our own emotions. In times, when most of us put up a facade for something or the other..

We fear the unknown though that is such a basic emotion since evolution..But on the other hand, we behave and act as if we are so much in control of ourselves..We can't stop talking about me, my world, ithoughtasmuch kind, i did this, i hate that, and i dislike that...

Er, lest we forget, afterall, we live in a plastic, thermocol, tupperware world, and we are no different. Our relationships are no different...How profesionally we manage our relationships!! Alas they could be called so in the first place. They are alliances of convenience.

We think we can wriggle out of this dirt, but we go deeper and deeper into it..Anyway, this is my experience of things I see around. I would like to know yours. And we are not here to teach, we are hear to learn, to share, and experience, that once upon a time--all of us were human..

Sepia Mode would publish poetry, articles, short stories, with due credit. And diary items...Thoughts to myself kind..Experiences, reflections on everyday events which can convey a deeper meaning, a deeper insight into our psyche...so that we can become human once again. So, that we can understand, yes, love...

Sepia Mode--Intro

नमस्कार. सेपिया मोड में आपका स्वागत हैं. टेक्नोलॉजी के इस युग में, मोबाइल फ़ोन, डिजीटल कैमरे और विशेष कर ऑरकुट और जी जीमेल के जमाने में, शायद ही कोई हो जिसे सेपिया मोड पता न हो. जो बिता हुआ हो, जिसे देखते हुए आपके मानसपटल के रंग बदल जाते हो, जिसमे अब कोई बदलाव सम्भव न हो, वह सेपिया मोड. जिंदगी के इस सेपिया मोड में एडिट आप्शन नही होता! जो जैसा था, वाकई बहोत सुंदर था. फ़िर वह गाव की गलियों के बीच बिता बचपन हो, कुछ टूटे ख्वाब हो, कुछ बिखरे हुए पल हो. कुछ बाते जो घटी, और कुछ वह जो आधी अधूरी रह गई, वह सेपिया मोड. मुझे लगता हैं हम में से हर किसीके जीवन एक सेपिया मोड होता हैं. कुछ उसे भूल जाने की समझदारी दिखाते हैं, कुछ उसे दिलोदिमाग के किसी कपाट में दूर कही बंद किए देते हैं. प्रायः तो यह कपाट खुलते नही हैं, लेकिन कुछ लोगो के लिए सेपिया मोड ही जीवन बन जाता हैं. वर्त्तमान की कई सारी बाते इतनी बेमानी हो जाती हैं, इतनी मशीनी हो जाती की हैं, की अतीत बहोत सुहावना प्रतीत होता हैं. कहते हैं हर जीव खुशी चाहता हैं--आनंद आदमी का मूल स्वाभाव हैं...अगर कुछ लोगो के लिए इस खुशी का नाम सेपिया मोड हो तो ऐसे हे सही..गैर क्या हैं. क्या वर्त्तमान, क्या भूत और क्या भविष्य, जब सब खेल हैं. लेकिन हर वर्त्तमान सेपिया नही हो सकता. इसलिए सेपिया की अहमियत कुछ और हैं. इसलिए किसीके लिए जीवन का नाम सेपिया मोड हैं. स्वागत!!!
